Short version: GCarve keeps what it needs to run your account and your projects, measures visits to this website to make it better, and never sells anything.

Website visits

The public pages of gcarve.app use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages help people (pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location, device and browser). Google may set cookies for this. It is not used for ads. To opt out, use your browser's tracking protection or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

The GCarve app itself (/app) does not load Google Analytics.

Your account

Your email, a hashed password, your plan, the devices you're signed in on, your app settings and the projects and templates you save to the cloud. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card.

Messages

What you send through the support form, with your email so we can answer.

Deleting

Delete your account and its cloud projects any time on your account page, or ask through support.
