Cabinet doors with hinge cups (MDF)

About this project

Two cabinet doors from a 60 × 32 in MDF sheet: recessed panels, a bevelled edge, 35 mm hinge cups and handle holes, cut out last. Resize the doors in GCarve before you make them.

How to make it

1. Open in GCarve: it opens in your browser (or download the .tlp for the desktop app).
2. Make it yours: pick your machine, match the bits to the ones you have and set your board thickness. GCarve fits the toolpaths and suggests feeds for your machine.
3. Simulate the cut in 3D and look it over.
4. Export G-code for your controller and cut it.
